October Update 2025

Bulk Waste Site

The bulk waste site at the front of the neighborhood is being replaced. This is scheduled to be done Thursday October 30th, 2025. Please do not place bulk waste into the sight untill after the replacement has been completed.

Neighborhood

General litter waste is on the rise in the neighborhood. Many children have been spotted discarding plastic bottles while playing in the neighborhood. One has been seen discarding plastic in storm drains. This will over time cause clogging of our drain system and cost the neighborhood to fix and repair clogged drains. Please remind children to properly dispose of waste in either the household or in one of the four dumpsters located throughout the neighborhood.

Repairs

Road and pothole repairs have been completed. If you see additional pot holes forming. Please inform the board and myStreet using the form below. Light replacements for units has been almost completed. One unit still remains. As a reminder if you own an end unit with side lighting the HOA will provide repairs at no cost to the owner. However, owners need to let contractors make the required repairs. Preventing a repair slows down community updating efforts and may cause reciprocal fines to owners who do not comply.
